Sleep Talk is a Normal-type move with no power and no accuracy requirement. When used, it randomly selects one of the user's other three moves to execute, even if the user is asleep. This move allows Pokémon to utilize their attacks while sleeping, making it a valuable asset in strategies that involve Rest or other status-inducing tactics. Sleep Talk cannot call moves that the Pokémon doesn't know or any moves that are disabled or out of PP. It is particularly useful in competitive play for stalling or surprising opponents with unexpected attacks while the user is recovering from status conditions.
