- Short, stubby limbs and a small, curly tuft of hair on top of its head
- Soft and bouncy texture, often described as being similar to rubber
Behavior and Habitat:
- Typically found in grassy fields and open plains, often near bodies of water
- Known for its playful and cheerful nature, it loves to sing and bounce around
- Its singing voice is still developing, so it can become hoarse if it sings too much
- Forms close bonds with its trainers and fellow Pokémon, often displaying affection through song

- Known for its high HP relative to its pre-evolution stage

Evolution:
- Evolves into Jigglypuff when leveled up with high friendship
- Further evolves into Wigglytuff when exposed to a Moon Stone
