Coalossal is a dual-type Rock/Fire Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII.

Abilities: - Steam Engine: A unique ability that boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat drastically if hit by a Water- or Fire-type move. - Flame Body: May burn the attacker if this Pokémon is hit by a move that makes contact. - Hidden Ability: Flash Fire - Powers up the Pokémon's Fire-type moves if it's hit by one.
Physical Characteristics: - Resembles a massive mountain or coal mine, with its body composed mostly of coal. - Has a furnace at the center of its body, with red eyes that glow from within the coal body. - Has a large, stone wheel as a lower body.
Behavior and Habitat: - Known for its hard-working nature and is often used by people for work. - Typically found in mountains or mines where coal is plentiful.
In Battle: - Excels in absorbing damage due to its high Defense and Special Defense stats. - Its ability, Steam Engine, can be strategically used to drastically increase its Speed.
Evolution: - Evolves from Carkol starting at level 34, which evolves from Rolycoly starting at level 18.
Interesting Facts: - Coalossal's body burns coal to produce energy, and it can even burn off oil and natural gas. - It is the only Pokémon with a type combination of Rock and Fire. - In the Pokémon world, it has helped support the lives of people by providing a source of energy.
