Kyogre-Primal, a Primal Reversion form of Kyogre, is a Water-type Legendary Pokémon known for its incredible power and association with vast oceans. Primal Kyogre was introduced in the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games as part of the Hoenn region's lore surrounding the primal forces of nature.

Abilities: - Primordial Sea: This special ability is unique to Primal Kyogre and creates heavy rain as soon as it enters battle. Unlike normal rain, this weather condition cannot be changed by other weather-altering moves or abilities until Primal Kyogre leaves the field. During Primordial Sea, Water-type moves increase in power, and Fire-type moves fail completely.
