Frustration

Normal

Summary

Frustration is a Normal-type move with variable power that ranges from 1 to 102. Its accuracy is 100%. The move's power is inversely related to the user's happiness or friendship level; the lower the Pokémon's friendship, the higher the move's power. Frustration is the counterpart to the move Return, which becomes stronger with higher friendship levels. This move is often strategically used in situations where a Pokémon's friendship is deliberately kept low, allowing it to hit with maximum strength. However, in modern competitive play, it is less commonly used due to the difficulty in maintaining low friendship levels.
