Giga-Impact is a Normal-type move with 150 power and 90% accuracy. It is a highly powerful physical attack but comes with the drawback that the user must recharge on the next turn, making them unable to perform any other action. Giga-Impact is often compared to Hyper Beam, serving as the physical counterpart to this iconic move. Because of its immense power, it is typically used as a finishing blow in battles. It is most effectively employed by Pokémon with high Attack stats, as the recharge period can leave the user vulnerable. Additionally, due to its Normal-typing, Giga-Impact does not have any super-effective targets but is also not resisted by Steel or Rock types.
