Tar-Shot Move Detail

Tar Shot is a Rock-type status move. It does not deal direct damage, so it has no power or accuracy specifics attributed to it. Instead, Tar Shot lowers the target's Speed by one stage and makes the target more susceptible to Fire-type moves by doubling the damage they receive from them.
