Block Move Detail
Block is a Normal-type move with no power or accuracy since it does not deal damage. Instead, Block prevents the target from fleeing or switching out as long as the user remains on the field. It is commonly used to trap opposing Pokémon, making it a strategic move for setups and hindering opponents' strategies. Block can be particularly useful in competitive play to neutralize Pokémon that rely on switching to reset unfavorable conditions or to escape from certain threats.
