Spite Move Detail
Spite is a Ghost-type move with no base power and 100% accuracy. Instead of dealing damage, Spite reduces the target's last used move's PP (Power Points) by 2 to 5 points, depending on the game generation. Introduced in Generation II, Spite is a strategic move used to limit the opponent's ability to use certain powerful attacks repeatedly. It is especially useful in battles where managing the opponent's move usage can be critical. Spite's effect can be combined with other PP-reducing strategies to potentially leave an opponent without usable moves, causing them to struggle.
