Outrage is a Dragon-type move with 120 power and 100% accuracy. When used, it causes the user to attack for 2-3 consecutive turns, during which the user is locked into using Outrage. After the attack sequence, the user becomes confused. Outrage is known for its high damage output, making it a popular choice for Dragon-type Pokémon in both casual and competitive play. However, the downside is the post-use confusion, which can render the user vulnerable. In earlier generations, Outrage had lower power and accuracy, but it was buffed in later games to make it more formidable.
