Twister Move Detail
Twister is a Dragon-type move with 40 power and 100% accuracy. It hits all adjacent opponents in double battles and has a 20% chance of causing each target to flinch. Twister also deals double damage to any opponent that is in the middle of using Fly or Bounce. While its base power may seem low, its ability to potentially disrupt opponents with flinching and its interaction with certain moves add strategic value. It is often seen on Pokémon that can exploit these additional effects in battle.
