Swallow is a Normal-type move with no power or accuracy since it doesn't deal damage. Instead, it allows the user to restore its HP based on the amount of energy stored with Stockpile. Swallow consumes the Stockpile count, healing the user by an amount proportional to the number of times Stockpile was used—one Stockpile restores 25% of maximum HP, two Stockpiles restore 50%, and three Stockpiles restore 100%. After Swallow is used, the Stockpile count resets to zero. It is a strategic move often paired with the move Stockpile to provide a recovery option in battles.
