Rage-Powder Move Detail

Rage Powder is a Bug-type move that does not deal any damage nor has an accuracy stat because it is a status move. When used, it directs all single-target attacks from the opposing team towards the user during that turn. This makes Rage Powder a strategic move often employed in double and multi-battle formats to protect a teammate from being targeted. It's commonly used by Pokémon with high defensive stats to absorb damage and allow their partners to execute crucial moves. Rage Powder does not affect Grass-type Pokémon, Pokémon with the Overcoat ability, or those holding the Safety Goggles item.

Effect

Until the end of this turn, any moves that opposing Pokémon target solely at the user's ally will instead target the user. If both Pokémon on the same side of the field use this move on the same turn, the Pokémon that uses it last will become the target. This effect takes priority over lightning rod and storm drain. If the user's ally switches out, opposing Pokémon may still hit it with pursuit. This move cannot be selected by assist or metronome.
