Chatter is a Flying-type move with 65 power and 100% accuracy. Unique to the Pokémon Chatot, this special move has a 100% chance of confusing the target. In earlier generations of the game, players could record their own voice to enhance the confusion effect of Chatter, making it one of the few moves with a real-world interaction component. However, due to concerns about inappropriate recordings, this feature was disabled in later generations. It's one of the few moves that blend gameplay mechanics with unique player interaction, contributing to Chatot's distinctive battle style.
