Sand Rush is an ability in the Pokémon series that doubles the Speed stat of a Pokémon with this ability when a sandstorm is active. This makes it an incredibly valuable ability in sandstorm-based teams, as it allows the Pokémon to outspeed a larger portion of opponents.

Effects:
