Jaw Lock is a Dark-type move with 80 power and 100% accuracy. When Jaw Lock is used, both the user and the target become unable to switch out until one of them faints. This move can be particularly strategic in competitive play, as it can trap an opponent's Pokémon, preventing it from switching out and thus limiting their options. Jaw Lock is most notably associated with Pokémon such as Grapploct, which can take advantage of the trapping effect to dominate battles.
