Arm Thrust is a Fighting-type move with variable power and 100% accuracy. It is a multi-strike move, hitting the target 2-5 times per use. Each individual hit has a base power of 15, potentially totaling to a maximum of 75 if it hits five times. Arm Thrust bypasses abilities such as Sturdy and Focus Sash by hitting multiple times, making it effective for breaking through certain defenses. Introduced in Generation III, it is one of the signature moves of Hariyama. This move benefits from the Skill Link ability, which guarantees it hits the maximum number of times.
