Rawst-Berry

Rawst Berry is a consumable item in the Pokémon series, primarily used for its ability to cure the holder of the Burn status condition when held and triggered. When a Pokémon holding a Rawst Berry gets burned in battle, the berry is consumed automatically, and the burn is healed immediately. This is particularly advantageous in battles where status conditions like Burn—which reduces the affected Pokémon's attack stat and deals damage over time—can be detrimental to performance.

In addition to its primary in-battle effect, Rawst Berry has various applications in gameplay outside of combat:

Pokéblocks and Poffins: In certain Pokémon games, Rawst Berries can be used to create Pokéblocks in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald or Poffins in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. These items are used to increase a Pokémon's contest stats, such as Coolness or Beauty, which are necessary for achieving high scores in Pokémon Contests.
