Pickpocket

Summary

Pickpocket is an ability in the Pokémon series that allows a Pokémon to steal an opponent's held item upon making contact with it. This ability can be particularly strategic, offering a significant advantage in battles where item usage is crucial.

Effects: - Activation: Pickpocket activates when a Pokémon with this ability is hit by a move that makes contact, stealing the attacker's held item in the process. - Conditions: The ability does not activate if the Pokémon with Pickpocket is already holding an item. Additionally, it will not activate if the move used does not make physical contact or if the attacker is not holding an item. - Single Use: After stealing an item, the Pokémon will keep the item until it is knocked out, switches out, or ends the battle, preventing further activation of Pickpocket until the item is removed.

Interesting Facts: - Introduction: Pickpocket was introduced in Generation V (Pokémon Black and White). -
