Obstruct Move Detail

Obstruct is a Dark-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It does not have any power or accuracy because it is a status move. When used, Obstruct protects the user from all effects of moves that target it during the turn it is used, similar to Protect. Additionally, if an opponent makes contact with the user while Obstruct is active, their Defense stat will be lowered by two stages. This move is exclusive to Obstagoon, making it a signature move that plays a crucial role in its defensive strategies in both casual and competitive battles.
