Miracle Eye is a Psychic-type status move with no power and 100% accuracy. It enables the user to hit Dark-type Pokémon with Psychic-type moves, nullifying their immunity to Psychic attacks. Additionally, it ensures that the target's evasiveness does not affect the user's accuracy, meaning subsequent moves will hit regardless of changes to the target's evasion. Effect
