Heart Swap is a Psychic-type status move with no power and perfect accuracy. This unique move allows the user to exchange its stat changes with those of the target. Introduced in Generation IV, Heart Swap is exclusive to Manaphy, the Mythical Pokémon. The move can be strategically utilized to turn the tide of battle by transferring beneficial stats like increased Attack or Defense from the target to the user, while dumping any negative stat changes onto the opponent. This can disrupt an opponent’s strategy and provide a significant advantage in both casual and competitive gameplay.
