TR81 is the Technical Record for the move "Foul Play" in the Pokémon series. Foul Play is a Dark-type move with 95 base power and 100% accuracy. One of its unique characteristics is that it uses the target's Attack stat instead of the user's to calculate damage, making it particularly effective against opponents with high Attack stats.
TR81 can be used once to teach the move to a Pokémon that is compatible with it. Unlike Technical Machines (TMs), which can be used multiple times, Technical Records (TRs) are single-use items, requiring players to obtain multiple copies if they wish to teach the move to more than one Pokémon.
