TR29 (Snore) is a Technical Record (TR) introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield. TRs are similar to Technical Machines (TMs) but are single-use items.
The move Snore is a Normal-type special attack with a base power of 50 and an accuracy of 100%. Snore can only be used if the user is asleep and has the added effect of a 30% chance to cause the target to flinch, rendering them unable to act during that turn. Due to the requirement for the user to be asleep, it is often paired with moves like Rest, which induces sleep while restoring the user's HP.
