Summary

Tapunium-Z is a special Z-Crystal item introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. This Z-Crystal is unique to the Tapu guardians of the Alola region: Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, and Tapu Fini. When a Tapu Pokémon holds a Tapunium-Z and knows the move Nature’s Madness, it can use the Z-Move Guardian of Alola.

Effects: - Z-Move: When Tapunium-Z is held by a Tapu Pokémon and the Pokémon uses Nature's Madness, the move is transformed into Guardian of Alola. - Guardian of Alola: This Z-Move has a unique effect where it reduces the target's HP by 75% of its current HP.
