Serious Mint

Serious Mint is an item introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield, designed to change the nature of a Pokémon to Serious. The Serious nature is unique in that it does not affect any of the Pokémon's stats. Normally, Pokémon natures can increase one stat by 10% while decreasing another by the same amount, but the Serious nature keeps all stats balanced, offering no increases or decreases.

Effects: 1. Nature Change: When a Serious Mint is used on a Pokémon, it changes the Pokémon's nature to Serious. 2. Stat Neutralization: Unlike other natures, Serious does not alter the growth rates of any of the Pokémon's stats. All stats (HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed) remain unaffected by any positive or negative modifications usually imparted by a nature.
