Sea-Incense 
Sea Incense is a unique held item in the Pokémon series that boosts the power of Water-type moves by 20% when held by a Pokémon. This can be particularly useful for enhancing the effectiveness of Water-type attacks in both casual and competitive battles.
In addition to its in-battle effects, Sea Incense has a special role in Pokémon breeding. When a Marill or an Azumarill holds this item while breeding, the resulting offspring will be an Azurill, a pre-evolution not otherwise obtainable. This is part of a broader mechanic in which certain Incenses are required to produce specific baby Pokémon.
Sea Incense has been part of the Pokémon series since Generation III. It can often be found in various locations across the games or purchased from certain shops within the game world. For instance, in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, as well as their remakes Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Sea Incense can be found at Mt. Pyre.
