When held by the Pokémon Groudon, it triggers a process known as Primal Reversion, transforming Groudon into its powerful Primal Groudon form once it enters battle. This transformation significantly boosts Groudon's base stats, making it more formidable in combat.

Effects: 1. Primal Reversion: When Groudon holds the Red Orb, it undergoes Primal Reversion to become Primal Groudon as soon as it enters the battle.
