Razor-Fang 
Razor Fang is a held item in the Pokémon series that primarily influences the likelihood of causing opponents to flinch. When a Pokémon holding a Razor Fang uses a move that deals damage, there is a 10% chance that the target will flinch, provided the move allows for the possibility of flinching. This effect can be particularly advantageous in battle scenarios, giving the holder a chance to disrupt the opponent's actions.
In addition to its flinch-inducing abilities, Razor Fang also serves another critical function when held by the Pokémon Gligar. When Gligar levels up at night while holding a Razor Fang, it evolves into Gliscor, a stronger and more versatile Pokémon with enhanced stats and abilities.
Razor Fang was first introduced in Generation IV of the Pokémon games, specifically Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Its dual functionality as both a battle item and an evolution trigger makes it a valuable and unique item within the Pokémon universe.
