Rare-Candy 
Rare Candy is a highly coveted item in the Pokémon series known for its ability to instantly increase a Pokémon's level by one. This promotes the Pokémon's growth by boosting its stats, enhancing its battling capabilities, and possibly triggering evolution if the Pokémon is at an appropriate level. Unlike regular experience points gained through battles, using a Rare Candy doesn't require the Pokémon to engage in combat, making it a valuable resource for trainers looking to expedite their team's development.
Though beneficial for quick level-ups, it bypasses the normal process of stat growth accrued through battling enemies, leading to slightly lower long-term stats compared to training through traditional means. This phenomenon is due to the lack of effort values (EVs) gained through fighting, which are otherwise integrated into the Pokémon's growth.
