Persim Berry: The Persim Berry is a consumable item in Pokémon games that, when held by a Pokémon, cures it of confusion once during battle. This effect activates immediately after the Pokémon becomes confused, making it a valuable item for Pokémon that might frequently face confusion due to moves like Confuse Ray, or their own moves like Thrash and Outrage, which cause confusion after a few turns of use.
Effects:
- Primary Effect: Cures confusion instantaneously upon becoming confused. This can be particularly useful for Pokémon with powerful moves that have the drawback of causing self-confusion.
- In-game Use: Can also be fed to Pokémon or processed in the Pokémon-contest cooking minigames (Pokéblocks, Poffins) to boost certain stats or attributes like Coolness, Beauty, etc., depending on the game's generation and mechanics.
