Mega-Anchor is an item exclusive to the Pokémon games' main series, specially associated with the Pokémon Gengar in its Mega Evolution form. When a Gengarite, the Mega Stone for Gengar, is held by Gengar, it allows it to Mega Evolve into Mega Gengar during battle.
