Insect-Plate 
Insect Plate is an item in the Pokémon series that, when held by a Pokémon, boosts the power of its Bug-type moves by 20%. It also has a unique interaction with the Pokémon Arceus. When Arceus holds an Insect Plate, it transforms into Bug-type, and any Bug-type moves used by Arceus also receive a boost from this plate, turning Arceus into a formidable Bug-type attacker.
Introduced in Generation IV as part of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, the Insect Plate is one of the many elemental plates associated with Arceus. In addition to boosting Bug-type moves, the plate features a special inscription on its back: "Two beings of time and space set free from the Original One," which hints at the lore surrounding Arceus and its creation myth in the Pokémon world.
