Focus-Sash 
Focus Sash is a held item in the Pokémon series that provides a crucial strategic advantage in battles. When a Pokémon holding a Focus Sash is hit by an attack that would knock it out from full health, the item ensures that the Pokémon always survives with 1 HP. This effect only works if the Pokémon is at full HP when the potentially knockout blow is dealt.
Effects: - Focus Sash prevents a Pokémon from being knocked out by a single attack that would otherwise reduce its HP to zero, provided the Pokémon is at full health. - After activating once, the item is consumed and cannot be used again unless the item is regained through moves or abilities like Recycle.
