Flame-Plate 
Flame Plate is a type of held item in the Pokémon series, introduced in Generation IV. When held by a Pokémon, it boosts the power of the holder's Fire-type moves by 20%. This can be particularly advantageous in battles for Fire-type Pokémon or Pokémon with significant Fire-type coverage, enhancing their offensive capabilities.
Additionally, the Flame Plate has a unique interaction with Arceus, the Mythical Pokémon. When Arceus holds the Flame Plate, it changes its type to Fire and its signature move, Judgment, becomes a Fire-type attack. This effect is part of the larger mechanic where Arceus changes its type based on the Plate it is holding, making it one of the most versatile Pokémon in the game.
The Flame Plate is also part of a broader set of items known as Plates, each of which corresponds to one of the 18 Pokémon types and provides a similar boost to moves of that type. These Plates not only enhance move power but also tie into the lore
