Fist-Plate 
Fist Plate is a held item introduced in Generation IV of the Pokémon series. When a Pokémon holds the Fist Plate, it boosts the power of Fighting-type moves by 20%. This makes it a valuable item for Pokémon that rely on Fighting-type attacks, enhancing their offensive capabilities. The Fist Plate is particularly useful in competitive battles where optimizing damage output can be crucial for securing victories.
In addition to its primary effect, the Fist Plate is one of the 16 Plates associated with Arceus. When an Arceus holds the Fist Plate, its type changes to Fighting, and its signature move, Judgment, also becomes a Fighting-type move.
