Choice-Band 
Choice Band is a held item in the Pokémon series that significantly boosts the holder's Attack stat by 50%. The trade-off for this substantial increase in physical power is that the Pokémon holding the Choice Band can only use the first move it selects in battle until it switches out. This means that once a Pokémon attacks with a specific move while holding the Choice Band, it cannot use any other moves until it leaves the battlefield and returns.
Effects:
- Attack Boost: Increases the holder's Attack stat by 50%, making physical moves much more powerful.
- Move Lock: Restricts the holder to only use the first move it selects in battle, necessitating strategic planning and switch-ins.
Strategic Uses:
- Physical Sweepers: Often used on Pokémon with high Attack stats and a wide variety of physical moves, such as Dragonite, Tyranitar, and Garchomp. The boost can turn these Pokémon into formidable sweepers.
