Absorb-Bulb 
Absorb Bulb is a consumable held item in the Pokémon series that provides a unique and strategic advantage during battle. When a Pokémon holding an Absorb Bulb is hit by a Water-type move, the item is consumed, and the Pokémon's Special Attack stat is increased by one stage. This can be particularly advantageous for Pokémon that benefit from a boosted Special Attack but may not have other effective means of increasing it.
The Absorb Bulb's activation is specific to Water-type moves, which can make it a useful item in various battle strategies. For example, it can be used defensively by switching into an expected Water-type move to negate some of the opponent’s effectiveness while simultaneously gaining a boost in Special Attack. This makes it especially handy in double battles, where one’s own partner can intentionally use a Water-type move to trigger the item and power up the holder.
