Solid-Rock

Solid Rock is an ability in the Pokémon series that reduces the damage taken from super effective moves. Specifically, it reduces the damage by 25%, effectively raising the Pokémon's resilience against types that would otherwise exploit its weaknesses.

For example, a Pokémon with Solid Rock that would normally take 100% additional damage from a super effective move will instead take only 75% additional damage. This can often make the difference between a Pokémon being knocked out in a single hit and surviving to take another action.

Solid Rock is particularly beneficial to Pokémon with multiple type weaknesses. It helps to mitigate the risk posed by opponents exploiting those weaknesses, providing a more balanced defensive profile. Pokémon that possess this ability include Rhyperior and Camerupt.

This ability does not stack with other damage-reducing effects such as the item "Babiri Berry," which means the damage reduction from Solid Rock will apply first, followed by any further reductions from other sources.
