Life-Force

Life-Force is an ability that significantly enhances the survivability of the Pokémon possessing it by granting them a form of continual regeneration. Its primary effect is that it gradually restores the Pokémon's HP over time, typically at the end of each turn. This constant restoration helps in prolonging battles and allowing the Pokémon to stay on the battlefield longer without relying as heavily on healing items or moves.

One interesting aspect of Life-Force is its strategic application in various battle scenarios. For instance, it can be paired effectively with moves or strategies that focus on residual damage, such as Toxic or Leech Seed, allowing the Pokémon to outlast opponents by whittling down their HP while recovering its own. This can be particularly useful in stall tactics, where the primary goal is to endure while the opponent is gradually worn down.

Additionally, Life-Force can be especially beneficial in longer, drawn-out battles or in situations where healing resources are limited. The ability’s passive nature means it doesn't consume valuable turn options
