Flower-Gift
Flower Gift is a unique ability that significantly boosts the performance of Pokémon under specific conditions. Introduced in Generation IV, this ability is notably exclusive to Cherrim, a Grass-type Pokémon, and forces it to undergo a form change during battle.
Effects:
- In-Battle Form Change: When the weather is sunny (i.e., the move Sunny Day or the ability Drought is active), Cherrim undergoes a transformation from its Overcast Form to its Sunshine Form. This change is purely aesthetic in terms of appearance.
- Stat Boosts: In Sunshine Form, Flower Gift grants all allied Pokémon in battle (including Cherrim) a 1.5x boost to their Attack and Special Defense stats. This boost can be a crucial advantage, especially in double battles where multiple Pokémon benefit simultaneously.

As such, this ability also works if obtained by a Pokémon other than Cherrim.
