Emergency-Exit

Emergency Exit is a unique ability introduced in Generation VII of the Pokémon series. This ability is notably associated with the Pokémon Golisopod, although other Pokémon may also have access to it through specific circumstances or game mechanics.

Effect: Emergency Exit triggers automatically when the Pokémon with this ability drops below half of its maximum HP due to damage from an opponent's move. When activated, the Pokémon will immediately switch out, forcing the player to select another Pokémon to send into battle. This switch occurs even if it wasn't the player's initial choice, making it a powerful tool for strategic retreats, though it can sometimes be unpredictable.

Interesting Facts: 1. Strategic Depth: Emergency Exit introduces a layer of strategic depth because it can be both a blessing and a curse. If used properly, it can save a weakened Pokémon, giving it a chance to fight another day or avoid a potentially unfavorable matchup. However, it can also disrupt carefully laid plans if the switch happens at an inconvenient time
